Fund Flow for Samudhaaya

You cannot do a kindness too soon, for you never know how soon it will be too late.
- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Samudhaaya, on to its tenth year, is now at a stage of garnering funds. An overwhelmed Sudha cannot stop talking about the goodness of her rasikas and the fund flow happening with so much of involvement. She now sets her sight and might on the challenging tasks ahead... the next Samudhaaya Day where the beneficiaries running the various institutions for the under privileged will receive the funds.

Samudhaaya Foundation initially launched it's Tenth Anniversary Project by stretching it's hand in assistance to Unnati of Bengalooru, funding for meals for a day. This was during Sudha's concert at the venue, where some personalized note pads of Sudha were also auctioned, the proceeds of which went to Unnati again.

In the first phase, Samudhaaya will be providing infrastructural assistance to 100 deaf and blind children and monetary assistance for rehabilitation of sexually abused children. Samudhaaya is also exploring the lesser known area of palliative care.

As one of the fund raising endeavors , Sudha has earmarked a portion of her wardrobe. Sarees with which Sudha had adorned the dais can now be yours for a sum that your generous heart is willing to part with....all for the above mentioned causes.

Below are six sarees with the codes. The starting bid for each of the sarees is Rs.2000/- (rupees two thousand only). Please fill in your personal details in the link below. In the 'Comment' field, please quote the code of the saree and against it mention your bid amount. You will be updated on the proceedings via e-mail.
