Award from the Music Academy, 1

On 1 January, 2008, during the Sadas session, Sudha was honored by the Music Academy for the Best Performing Artist of the season, in memory of Late Smt. M.L.Vasanthakumari.
The Award from the Music Academy was a fitting finale, as recognition to her focused and dedicated performances during the Season, that too the Award instituted in the name of her very own Guru…what an honor! It simply left Sudha overwhelmed……and in gratitude to the Almighty and to her Guru, for the blessings showered in abundance.
